Scientific name: Puma concolor
Name: Campestre

Pumas are distributed from Canada to southern Chile, in an incredibly wide range of habitats.
Currently it is not endangered, but its population is declining due to fragmentation and loss of their natural habitat, and poaching of their wild prey. Additionally, they are hunted because of the perceived threat people have to their livestock.

Campestre was found at a country club, and since his origin is unknown it is very difficult to determine whether or not he is suitable for release.
